1、 Overview
SSG520 can achieve a frequency resolution of 1Hz across the entire frequency range, while ensuring spectral performance. It covers frequencies from 100kHz to 1004MHz (SSG520: 100kHz to 2002MHz; SSG520A: 100kHz to 3000MHz), and its output level range can reach -127dBm to+13dBm. It is a new generation of high-performance synthetic signal generator.
This instrument has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, reliable performance, and easy use, and is particularly suitable for applications in the fields of national defense, scientific research, teaching, and communication.
